General I/O machine control

General I/O machine control means to
acquire digital or analog sensor data and
switch relays, valves or run motors.

The Python Framework for Automation
(PYFFAU) is installed on every DRB_OIPC.
The framework enables the user to
create automation applications in minutes.

PYFFAU uses the Raspian operating
system and drivers for SPI, I²C and
serial interface. All electrical interfaces
are accessible without any configuration
or initialization.

 

The User Interface supports edit, start, stop and debug of up to 4 independent tasks.
Breakpoints can be set and variable values can be requested.

The CAN-Interface features configuration of arbitrary send-messages and displays receive-messages automatically in a table.

 This page manages the battery buffered real-time-clock and the autostart files.

All sampledata can be plottet into a diagram.

 

Manipulator Control Framework

This framework running
on DRB_OIPC_888_CAN
provides all the features
of a robot motion control.
Up to 10 axis can be moved
synchronized on joint and
cartesian paths.

Mobility Framework

This framework running
on DRB_OIPC_888_CAN
provides all the features
of mobility control.
It has capabilites to
interactively build a map
by laserscanner data.
Localization and path
generation make the
movement completely
free of fixed installations.

mode of both manipulator
and mobility framework.
